We offer a natural diet that awakens the senses, made with whole grains, sprouts, vegetables, seasonal fruits and white meat, trying to use low levels of salt and sugar.
Morgenlicht's menu is quite diverse.
We can serve strict vegetarians, vegans, supporters of live food and those who like a natural diet with white meat.
Much of the food comes from our organic garden and the family farming of our neighbors.
Our team has the flexibility to meet the specific diets of each group, with gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free options.
We serve three daily meals with snacks or coffee brakes.
In all meals we have natural fruit juices and our water is free.
Martina is a natural food chef and created the Vibrational Kitchen.

She personally looks after the Morgenlicht's food and vegetable garden.
As a child, she liked to accompany her godmother, Tante Hedi, in tending the family garden. These moments of affective coexistence were special. She helped her godmother, observed nature, felt its living force and learned.
Later, when she arrived at the Esalen Institute in California, she went to work in the community's organic garden and had the opportunity to deepen her knowledge and learn new cultivation techniques.

When she moved to Fazenda Cachoeiras, her first action was to create an organic garden.
When asked what the garden is for her, she says: it is a central axis, taking care of it is my daily meditation. There, I find the silence that leads me to introspection, connects me with life and inspires me to create. There, I realize the uniqueness of all things and the spiritual dimension of food.
